Opportunity As a Service & Support Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Consulting team, focusing on developing and implementing customer-related strategies that enhance client experiences and drive business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, craft customer‑centric solutions, and provide guidance to elevate customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. Your responsibilities include confirming project success, maintaining standards, coaching and mentoring team members, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success. You will be expected to lead with integrity, embrace technology and innovation, and influence stakeholders to adopt new solutions that improve service delivery and customer experiences. Responsibilities Develop and implement customer‑centric strategies to enhance client engagement and drive business growth. Analyze customer engagement processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Lead teams in executing sales and service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations. Utilize analytical thinking to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Manage client relationships to foster trust and long‑term partnerships. Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects to meet client objectives. Encourage the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies. Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members to maintain a productive work environment. Qualifications At least a bachelor’s degree. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
