- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Expected weekly productivity: 30 units
- Home health setting -- adult care population
- Weekend on-call rotation shared with 4 other PTs
- Home health and OASIS experience required
- EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (preferred)
- We provide complimentary housing and travel

2663.00 to 2840.00 - weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
