Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery Opportunity

MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Labor and Delivery team at a leading healthcare facility near Putnam, Texas!

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery:

Provide exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Engage in a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role within the Labor and Delivery department.
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and assist in the delivery process.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and positive birthing experiences.
Educate mothers and families on childbirth processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure environment for both mothers and newborns.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas is required.
Certifications in CPR, PALS, BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required (or willingness to obtain).
