Registered Nurse - First Assist Lead

Role Manages all aspects of a designated surgical specialty in the operating room, including clinical, administrative, and process improvement responsibilities. Ensures delivery of quality care aligned with regulatory and professional standards. Develops and maintains specialty policies, procedures, and staff training programs. Oversees clinical, technical, and support staff, facilitating ongoing education and performance evaluation. Leads process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Provides exceptional patient service with respectful, timely care. Performs circulating, scrub, or RNFA roles as assigned, applying evidence-based practices. Supports professional development and functions as a resource to colleagues, patients, and providers. Qualifications RN with RNFA training meeting AORN standards or equivalent, at least two years of RN experience in an advanced surgical specialty, and required licenses/certifications including BLS, RN license, and CNOR.
