As an Assistant Manager at Little Caesars, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations.

Your role includes:

Conducting interviews, hiring, and training.
Ensuring hospitality, speed, and quality execution to increase sales.
Managing labor, reducing waste, and controlling utilities and supplies.
Implementing systems and standards daily.
Promoting positivity and teamwork and recognizing the good in situations and people.

Work schedule:

8 hour shift
10 hour shift
Weekend availability
Monday to Friday
Holidays
Day shift
Night shift
