Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Salary: $230,000–$250,000 annually (DOE)
Relocation Assistance: Available

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to provide primary care services and clinical leadership in a patient-centered healthcare environment. This role supports clinical operations, quality improvement, provider mentorship, and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services.
• Support clinical operations and quality improvement programs.
• Mentor and collaborate with medical providers.
• Develop clinical policies and promote best practices.
• Ensure quality documentation and patient-centered care.
• Participate in leadership, strategic planning, and performance initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completed primary care residency.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in a primary care specialty.
• Active or eligible Hawaii medical license.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• 5+ years of primary care experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• FQHC/community health experience is strongly preferred
