Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
• Experience delivering speech therapy in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in both direct (therapeutic, face-to-face) and indirect (planning, consultation) service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Openness to collaboration and willingness to seek out or provide clinical guidance

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language services to students according to IEPs and educational goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborative planning sessions with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, parents, and advisory staff to maximize student outcomes
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet student needs in both in-person and virtual environments
