Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Manage project budgets, labor tracking, and cost controls
• Assist with AP/AR processes related to project billing, invoices, and purchase orders
• Ensure accurate documentation of project costs, deliverables, and project closeout
• Provide clear technical and executive-level project status reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure and technical service delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
• Manage resource allocation effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a closely related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation using tools like Google Docs and shared collaboration platforms
