Job Description

This position provides specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist is responsible for the technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment and the processing of radiographic images in various areas including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT).

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic x-ray equipment for diagnostic imaging.
• Process and interpret radiographic images.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain and manage imaging equipment and related technology.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have completed radiology training from an AMA approved school.
• At least 3 years of experience in the radiology field, with training in CT.
• Expertise in operating teleradiology and fax equipment.
• Must possess a current valid Arizona State License in Radiology (R).
• Current ARRT Certification in Radiology, with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
