Business & Operations Summer Associate (Charlotte NC Summer 2027) I can succeed as a Business & Operations Summer Associate at Capital Group. As a Business & Operations Summer Associate at Capital Group, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting one of the teams that helps power Capital Group's business and long-term success. Through meaningful work, coaching, mentorship, and collaboration with professionals across the firm, you'll strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills while developing a deeper understanding of how a global investment management organization operates. The Summer Associate Program provides experience within one of the business areas represented in the full-time Business & Operations Track, a two-year rotational experience that provides exposure to multiple business functions through rotational assignments and professional development opportunities. High-performing Summer Associates may be considered for conversion into the full-time Business & Operations Track of the Capital Group Rotational Program upon graduation. What You'll Do Summer Associates are placed on a specific team for the duration of the program, providing meaningful experience within a particular business area. Opportunities may be available in areas such as: Investment Operations:

Support trade processing, data management, reporting, and operational controls that enable the investment process and client outcomes Investment Enablement:

Partner with investment teams through project management, business analysis, operational support, and process improvement initiatives Global Business Services:

Contribute to functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, Workplace Experience, Communications, and other teams that support Capital Group's operations and strategic priorities Additional Business & Operations Functions:

Support teams that drive operational excellence, business effectiveness, and enterprise outcomes across Capital Group Across these teams, Summer Associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze data and business challenges, develop recommendations, identify opportunities to improve business processes, and collaborate across functions to support Capital Group's priorities. Summer Associates also participate in professional development and networking opportunities throughout the program. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are analytical, collaborative, and excited to understand how businesses operate and drive organizational success.
