Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) Opportunity

About the Role
As an OTA on our team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Your expertise and compassion will help our residents regain their strength, confidence, and independence, empowering them to return home and live their best lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of occupational therapy services to residents
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to individual residents' needs
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of resident needs and abilities
- Provide instruction and education to residents and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
