Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of occupational therapy services to residents
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to individual residents' needs
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of resident needs and abilities
• Provide instruction and education to residents and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
