Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Integrated Creative Designer to bring BD Medication Management Solutions' brand, campaigns, and marketing strategies to life across digital, print, video, presentation, event, and sales enablement channels. This role combines visual storytelling, multimedia design, and creative execution to transform complex healthcare concepts into compelling experiences that strengthen the BD brand and support business growth.

Working closely with marketing, sales, digital, event, and agency partners, this individual will deliver creative solutions that drive engagement, support commercial objectives, and create a consistent brand experience across customer and employee touchpoints

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Integrated Campaign Development

• Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, visual identities, and design systems that bring business objectives and customer insights to life.

• Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing assets across digital, social, web, email, print, sales enablement, and customer-facing channels.

• Translate complex healthcare solutions, technologies, and data into compelling visual communications.

• Manage projects from concept through final production while balancing business goals, brand standards, and timelines.

• Serve as a strategic creative partner, contributing ideas that strengthen audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Visual Communications & Multimedia Content

• Design executive presentations, infographics, data visualizations, and other communications that simplify complex information and support decision-making.

• Create video, motion graphics, and multimedia content for campaigns, customer storytelling, executive communications, events, and digital channels.

• Design and maintain web, landing page, and digital experience assets that enhance user engagement and performance.

Experiential Design, Brand Stewardship & Creative Excellence

• Lead creative development for tradeshows, customer events, and experiential marketing initiatives, including digital and static environmental graphics, signage, displays, and event-related assets.

• Champion BD brand standards while continuously elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of marketing creative.

• Develop and maintain reusable templates, standards, and design frameworks that improve scalability and efficiency.

• Provide creative guidance, feedback, and best practices while staying current on emerging design and marketing trends.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field, with

• At least 7 years of experience in graphic design, integrated creative, multimedia, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in integrated campaign development, visual storytelling, executive presentations, video/motion content, and multi-channel marketing creative.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and PowerPoint.

• Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and data-driven concepts into compelling visual communications.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

• Effective collaborator who partners across marketing, product, sales, leadership, agencies, and vendors to deliver impactful creative solutions; experience in healthcare, medical technology, B2B technology, or other regulated industries preferred.

• Creative assets consistently support campaign, demand generation, sales enablement, and business objectives while strengthening the BD MMS brand.

• Projects are delivered on time, meet stakeholder expectations, and maintain a high standard of creative quality across channels.

• Executive, customer, and marketing communications effectively simplify complex information and drive audience engagement.

• Creative operations become more scalable and efficient through reusable design systems, streamlined workflows, and adoption of emerging technologies.

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
