Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to a Personal Lines department, where you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from standard to high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. Compensation Package Salary Range : $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available. Responsibilities Manage a $2M book of business, handling accounts ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 in size. Provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy rounding, endorsements, and remarketing. Handle 80% renewal business and 20% new business quoting. Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and provide exceptional customer service. Utilize software tools such as EPIC to manage accounts efficiently. Work with Mercury, Bamboo, and wholesale/E&S markets as needed. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 4+ years in personal lines insurance, with familiarity in Mercury, Bamboo, and wholesale/E&S markets preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable. Soft Skills : Strong collaboration, outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, personable demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Work Environment : Hybrid work arrangement preferred, but remote candidates with strong qualifications will be considered.
