Entry-Level Sales Representative

$60k - $80k

Ready to build a career where your effort creates opportunities for growth? Our Evansville office is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our sales team.

No insurance or sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you learn the business and build confidence. Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or sales can translate well into this role.

What You’ll Do




  • Connect with local businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.



  • Meet with employees to explain supplemental insurance benefits.



  • Help individuals and families select coverage based on their needs.



  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer relationships.



  • Participate in team training, coaching, and goal-setting.

Location


This is a field sales opportunity based out of our Evansville office, with travel to local businesses.
