Executive Assistant
LHH is partnering with an organization to provide a full-time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and adaptable administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting senior-level executives.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a team-driven setting while maintaining professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing requests effectively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and attendee communications
- Support a variety of strategic initiatives, projects, and administrative processes as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
