COTA - Travel Contract

We‘re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Caldwell, TX. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care settings preferred. Ability to assist in implementing individualized therapy plans, provide therapeutic exercises and activities, and document patient progress under supervising Occupational Therapist. New graduates welcome. Clinical experience with geriatric populations preferred.
