Bartlett, IL Bartlett Dental 323 W Railroad Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Part‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in Bartlett, IL. As a RDH, you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients and will work closely with our dentists to ensure the best possible care. Schedule Tuesday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Every other Thursday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM One Friday a month 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Compensation $45‑$50 per hour base (commensurate with experience) Uncapped hygiene incentive Additional Information PMS – Curve Time allotted for procedures NP: 90 min SRP per quad: 90 min Prophy: 60 min Average # of patients per day: 8 Morning Huddle: Yes Insurances accepted? FFS? – Mixed Requirements Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of IL Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required Compliance with OSHA sterilization protocols CPR Certification Computer efficiency – charting and scheduling Excellent communication skills Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity‑focused work ethic Team‑player attitude Ability to multi‑task Open‑minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Benefits Full‑Time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
