Meeting new people, introducing them to a brand they may not know yet, and helping them sign up or get started on the spot. Brand Fusion is hiring a Promotions & Events Representative to do exactly that for our clients across Metairie. The Role You'll work at promotional events and retail locations, representing client brands face-to-face and guiding customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases. It's a hands-on, people-facing role with training and coaching built in from day one - no events or promotions background required. Day to Day Set up and represent client brands at events and retail locations Approach and engage customers directly, face-to-face Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly Help customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results Work with the team to hit event and campaign targets Take part in regular training sessions Who Thrives Here Comfortable starting conversations with strangers Clear, confident communicator Organized, with good attention to detail Enjoys working as part of a team Positive attitude and open to feedback Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required. Recent graduates, students, and career changers are all welcome to apply.
