Production Associate

Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: $17/hr
• 3rd Shift: $20/hr

Join a growing printing company in Bloomsburg, PA, supporting the production of invitations, envelopes, labels, and other printed materials. This role is ideal for individuals seeking warehouse or manufacturing experience with opportunities for overtime and potential full-time employment.

• Load and unload production machines.
• Pull and organize orders for processing.
• Stack, palletize, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Assist machine operators with production tasks.
• Move materials throughout the facility and maintain workflow.

• General labor or production experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with packaging, inventory, shipping, or receiving is helpful.
• Ability to perform inspections and use basic hand tools.

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Paid training provided.

Warehouse/manufacturing setting with a team-oriented atmosphere. Training is completed on your assigned shift and lasts approximately two weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
