Responsibilities

Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. is seeking a current 3L law student to join the Health Care & Life Sciences Practice in the Fall of 2027. This is a full-time position with structured training, mentorship and client exposure located in either the Washington DC, Chicago, Nashville, or New York office.

As a first year associate, you will work alongside experienced attorneys within the Health Care & Life Sciences Practice, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of complex legal matters. You will have the opportunity to develop your legal skills through substantive assignments, legal research and writing, regulatory analysis, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver practical, business-focused solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Current 3L student graduating in spring 2027
• Plans to sit for the [July 2027] bar exam in the jurisdiction corresponding to the EBG office that they will be located (Washington DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Tennessee or Ohio), or is eligible for admission to that jurisdiction by waiver.
• Demonstrated interest in heath law through education and/or experience,
• Should be in the top 1/3 of law school classes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach and a commitment to professional growth

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $200,000. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
