Client Service Associate (Teller) We are looking for a full‑time associate to provide top‑notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Gardena, CA branch. Essential Functions Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. Identify and address clients’ needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments. Resolve clients’ problems through direct action or referral to alternate branch or bank resources. Identify and maximize cross‑sell bank opportunities by exploring client needs. May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within 30 miles of the current branch, given proper notice. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience. Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking. Solid balancing and customer service skills.
