Head of Computer Vision Engineering

Glacier is seeking an Engineering Manager, Computer Vision to lead our CV organization, owning the vision and roadmap while guiding an international team. You’ll partner with Product, Software, Operations, and Manufacturing to align priorities and deliver high-impact CV systems.

This is a technical leadership role focused on strategy and execution rather than daily coding. You’ll mentor engineers, shape the roadmap, and drive performance across the CV stack.
