Illinois Licensed Senior Account Manager

Driving regional business performance, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Account Manager will develop and execute strategic account plans for Long Term Care (LTC) while engaging key stakeholders remotely from Illinois. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive regional account strategies to maximize relationships with LTC pharmacy leadership and provider groups Lead contract negotiations with LTC pharmacies and providers to enhance access and volume growth Analyze market dynamics and competitive activity to inform actionable account plans and value-based solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience Prior experience in Long Term Care account management or provider-facing roles Leadership or cross-functional collaboration experience (preferred)
