What You'll Do

As a Retail Management Trainee, you'll be the "Floor Manager" and the face of our store. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the team: Recruit, train, and mentor your fellow associates.

• Providing exceptional customer service:Actively walk the sales floor, help customers, and ensure your team is providing world-class service.

• Managing store operations:Oversee daily operations, maintain product inventory, and ensure the store meets company merchandising standards.

• Staying on top of trends: Keep up with DIY and home improvement trends to better serve our customers.

Who You Are

Salary Description

$44,000 - $46,000 per year
