Physical Therapist

Job Summary Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general medical/surgical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient progress and treatment provided in the EMR system. Maintain patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Schedule / Shift Days, 8‑hour shifts. One weekend per month; weekdays off provided to balance hours. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state Physical Therapist license. BLS certification. 1 year of current, relevant experience in an acute care hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility (SNF). Ability to work varied day shift hours. Critical thinking skills. Patient care experience. Team‑playing attitude. Compassionate demeanor. Excellent time‑management skills.
