Optum CPS is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to provide essential medication management and clinical services for hospitalized patients at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, OH. Up to 35 hours weekly with flexible scheduling; shifts Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–6:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Requirements include PharmD or equivalent and an active Ohio license (or eligibility by start).
