Financial Analyst

Join an iconic Fortune 500 multi-brand leader headquartered in Orlando as a Financial Analyst. In this high-impact corporate role, you’ll partner directly with operational and brand executives to turn financial data into growth strategy. Responsibilities include evaluating capital investments, analyzing multi-unit store performance, building complex financial models in Excel, and preparing executive-level monthly variance and forecasting reports.

Requirements: 2+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, and MS Excel skills (Oracle or Hyperion/OneStream experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial performance across multi-unit retail/dining concepts, identifying key emerging growth trends and cost-saving opportunities.

• CapEx & Development Modeling: Build financial models to analyze capital deployment decisions, including new location openings, concept remodels, and real estate performance.

• Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to convert brand strategies into measurable action plans.

• Management Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and year-end executive reporting suites highlighting key variances, risks, and forecasts.
