Job Description

Duration: 8-9 Months Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III / Trust & Safety Analyst to drive data-informed business decisions, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and build self-service analytical tools that empower non-technical users. The ideal candidate will have Trust & Safety experience, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and evolving business environments.\n
Key Responsibilities \n

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Develop, define, and own KPIs to measure business performance and operational effectiveness.
\n
• Deploy AI-powered analytics tools and self-service solutions for non-technical users.
\n
• Translate business requirements into actionable, data-backed recommendations.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
\n
• Develop data visualizations and communicate complex insights to business leaders and executives.
\n
• Apply statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to address business challenges in Trust & Safety operations.

Required Qualifications \n

• Experience in Trust & Safety operations or analytics.
\n
• Experience deploying AI analytics tools for non-technical users.
\n
• Strong background in business strategy, data analysis, and KPI development.
\n
• Proficiency in statistics, data visualization, and insight generation.
\n
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
