Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) As HRBP, you will support managers and employees on a range of people‑related matters, providing practical guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and day‑to‑day workforce needs. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Strategic HR Business Partner and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning. Coach managers and leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee retention, productivity, and satisfaction. Leverage technology, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, strengthen decision‑making, and support scalable people practices. Champion a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to modernize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable more strategic use of HR resources. Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, People Development, and Employee Experience. Drive inclusion, opportunity, and belonging initiatives and promote an inclusive work culture. Lead or contribute to organizational change initiatives, including restructures, culture shifts, and employee feedback programs. Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies. Act as a mediator and resource in employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role. Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational design principles. Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors). HR certification (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP or PHR/SPHR) is preferred.
