Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Casper, WY
Job Summary
Home & Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in Casper, WY.
As a COTA, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes to help improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activities. You’ll work closely with a supervising Occupational Therapist and our interdisciplinary care team to provide individualized, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT
Help patients improve independence with daily activities, mobility, and safety
Provide ADL training, therapeutic activities, and exercises as directed by the OT
Educate patients and caregivers on home safety, fall prevention, and adaptive equipment
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising OT
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary care team
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Wyoming COTA license
Current CPR/BLS certification, if required
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance
Ability to work independently in patients' homes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Home health experience preferred, but not required
