Scanning Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional and responsive assistance to customers using the company’s technology and software solutions. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, assist with routine issues, document support activities, and work with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer questions and service requests through approved communication channels.

* Assist customers with general software, account, and service-related questions.

* Provide clear and professional guidance to customers.

* Troubleshoot routine customer concerns using established procedures.

* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.

* Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate department.

* Follow up on outstanding customer requests when necessary.

* Work with internal teams to help resolve customer concerns.

* Protect confidential customer and company information.

* Follow established customer-service procedures and company policies.

* Complete assigned support and administrative tasks within established deadlines.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Previous customer service, administrative, technical support, or office experience is helpful but not required.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications.

* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.

* Dependable and able to work independently.

* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
