Service Technician I

Service Technician I – Phoenix, AZ Provide service and customer support on technical procedures and/or resolve technical issues. Responsibilities Investigate and diagnose suspected hardware failures on parts and products returned from the field Investigate and diagnose suspected OEM equipment nonconformance issues Perform testing to established procedures Acts as a technical resource for other Biomed Tech's for the assigned models in the work center Provide accurate diagnosis information for entry into the compliance database Produce timely and detailed service reports Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Up to one year of related experience is required. Preferred Qualifications AA degree in Electronics or equivalent One year of Service Center assigned work experience with ACP equipment and procedures.
