About the Role:
Join the Caro-Northrup team as a Sales & Service Associate in Oneida, NY, where you'll help protect what matters most to our clients. Additional earnings are available through commission and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto, home, and life policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Active New York Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)No License but you've got the right attitude? No Problem! Our team helps guide you through the training and class, and we even reimburse your new license once you pass the test!
• Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a customer-facing sales role preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
