Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader at our Downtown 6th St. store located at 1224 W 6th St Cleveland, OH 44113 , you are the captain of our bakery during your shift. You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests Support store operations during your shift, communicate important information, monitor production efficiency, ensure team accountability, and assist in training and coaching team members Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, following safe food handling practices Manage cash handling and deposits Desired Skills and Experience At least 1 year of customer service experience Experience with Point of Sale systems Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
