\n \nAbout the Opportunity
\nThis opportunity is for PhD-level scientists to contribute to next-generation AI training and evaluation. You'll develop challenging scientific problems and assess AI-generated answers across computational chemistry, structural biology, and drug discovery.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Create expert-level scientific problems with clear, verifiable solutions. \n
- Evaluate AI outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning, and depth. \n
- Develop reference answers and evaluation rubrics grounded in scientific literature. \n
- Apply expertise in molecular modeling, protein structure prediction, docking, QSAR/ADMET, and omics data analysis. \n
- Explain scientific reasoning clearly and participate in feedback and peer-review cycles. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- PhD in Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. \n
- Hands-on academic or industry research experience; wet-lab experience is a plus. \n
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency (C1 or higher). \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Postdoctoral or pharmaceutical/biotech research experience. \n
- Strong publication record, especially first-author papers. \n
- Experience with molecular simulations, structure prediction, docking, cheminformatics, proteomics, or metabolomics. \n
- Practical Python skills; R, Bash, and machine learning experience are advantageous. \n
- Experience in scientific writing, benchmarking, or AI model evaluation. \n
