Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong background in home maintenance and/or construction Strong work ethic and integrity Must be a team player Professional image Total commitment to excellence and customer service Ability to work independently Strong driving skills Preferred 1+ years in Residential Property Maintenance experience 1+ years in Home Inspections experience 1+ years in Property Insurance Adjusting Background in Residential Home Inspection, Property Insurance Adjusting, or similar Property Inspection Proficiency in home inspection/property management software and documentation Efficient & successful completion of high-quality property evaluations at occupied and vacant residential rental properties Professional Presentation - inward and outward Accurate documentation of all completed work at properties, per Company specifications & requirements Able to work indoors and outdoors Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting Able to occasionally lift 75 pounds Able to work at heights of more than 10 feet Able to travel to other locations to perform maintenance Must have own tools necessary to perform any and all repairs (Larger machinery or specialty tools will be provided by Company, within reason) Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc. Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs License/Certification Valid US Driver's License (Required) Pre-Employment Drug Testing Schedule 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday Company Vehicle Provided for Field Appointments Robust Company Paid Medical & Dental Benefits Paid Holidays 401(k) with 4% Company Match Professional Development and Advancement Opportunities Great Team Culture Competitive compensation offered based upon qualifications and dependent upon experience.
