Studio Manager – Membership Sales (Health, Wellness & Fitness)
Looking to grow your leadership, sales, and health & wellness skills?

Join the Stretch Zone team and lead a high-performing studio while helping clients improve their mobility and overall wellness.

If selected, you’ll receive ongoing training and professional development designed to help you succeed in membership sales, team leadership, client experience, and studio operations.

Availability: Full-time, including weekdays and weekends

Duties

• Lead, coach, and motivate the studio team to achieve membership sales, retention, and performance goals.
• Drive membership sales by educating prospective clients and recommending personalized Stretch Zone programs.
• Conduct consultations, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into paying members.
• Work outbound leads daily through phone calls, texts, and other client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
• Conduct client check-ins to monitor satisfaction, progress, and overall experience.
• Identify at-risk members and take proactive steps to improve retention and prevent cancellations.
• Pre-book client sessions and encourage consistent attendance and engagement.
• Oversee all daily studio operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and professional environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and overall team performance.
• Monitor studio KPIs, membership metrics, sales performance, and financial accountability.
• Coach team members on sales, customer service, client retention, and company standards.
• Execute company initiatives, promotions, programs, and operational strategies.
• Maintain accurate client and studio records across multiple systems.
• Ensure the studio consistently meets company operational, service, and performance standards.
• Build relationships within the local community through outreach, events, and networking.
• Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and high-performance studio culture.

Qualifications

• Prior management, leadership, or supervisory experience required.
• Proven sales experience; membership-based sales preferred.
• Background or strong interest in fitness, health, wellness, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-energy, positive, and professional leadership style.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Reliable transportation.
