Location: Near Nashville Tennessee (Relocation Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are partnering with a luxury resort property to identify a Director of Events & Catering to lead and elevate the events function within a high-touch, guest-focused environment.

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for guests while driving revenue and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall events and catering strategy for the property
• Oversee planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and group functions
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and leadership teams
• Develop and mentor a high-performing events team
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with a luxury brand standard
• Drive revenue growth and optimize event performance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a resort or luxury hospitality environment required
• Strong background in events, catering, or group sales leadership
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute at a high level
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Details:

• Average work week: 50–55 hours, with peak season demands
• Open to local candidates and relocation
