Physician Liaison

Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Physician Liaison to spearhead our expansion throughout Manhattan. This is not a maintenance role — we're looking for someone who thrives on opening new doors, building strategic partnerships, and driving measurable growth. As one of New York's fastest-growing privately owned practices, we're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting providers, identifying opportunities, and helping establish Reddy Care as the preferred therapy provider throughout Manhattan. What You'll Do Drive New Business Develop and execute a strategic physician outreach plan throughout Manhattan. Identify and establish relationships with new referral sources including: Primary Care Providers Orthopedic Surgeons Podiatrists Sports Medicine Practices Urgent Care Centers Hospitals Assisted Living Facilities Case Managers and Social Workers Generate new referral partnerships that create sustainable patient growth. Build Lasting Relationships Become the face of Reddy Care within your territory. Conduct daily in-person visits to physician offices and healthcare organizations. Develop trusted relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and practice administrators. Maintain regular follow-up with referral partners to ensure an exceptional experience. Grow Market Presence Identify underserved neighborhoods and expansion opportunities. Represent Reddy Care at networking events, healthcare conferences, and community programs. Coordinate physician lunches, educational presentations, and appreciation events. Promote new services, providers, and specialty programs. Collaborate with Leadership Partner with clinic leadership, operations, and marketing to support strategic growth initiatives. Analyze referral trends and identify opportunities to increase market share. Provide weekly updates on outreach activity, referral development, and pipeline opportunities. Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and provider feedback to help shape future growth strategies. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, medical sales, or provider outreach preferred. Proven ability to build new business relationships and generate referrals. Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working toward measurable growth goals and performance metrics. Experience using CRM systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience. What Success Looks Like Consistently develops new physician and community partnerships.
