Overview TW Services is a third‑party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco. We are currently seeking staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment is full time and permanent. We have a fast‑onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview. Position Dock Unloader/Lumper Hours / Schedule Monday to Friday 5:30 AM – Finish (1:30 PM) Further shift details can be addressed at interview. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle! Get paid every Friday Base pay plus production, $600 to $1,000 weekly production pay Time Off Accrual (PSL) PPO Health Insurance with Vision and Dental Daily Responsibilities Perform pre‑shift checks of equipment Unload pallets Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials Breakdown and restack product from pallets Product and quantity verification Wrap pallets Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Must have a minimum of 1 year prior warehouse experience Electric pallet jack experience is preferred Must pass a drug screen and background check Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
