Field Sales Representative

Title: Field Sales Representative – Gas Station / Liquor & Package Store Accounts

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated field sales rep to manage relationships with gas stations, liquor stores, and package stores. You’ll visit the same accounts each week, consult with owners, take weekly orders, and ensure shelves are stocked. Your success will be directly tied to the sales you generate, and you’ll earn commission based on your total weekly sales.

Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned gas stations, liquor, and package stores weekly to take orders and manage inventory levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
• Become knowledgeable about our 3,000+ product SKUs to better serve customers and maximize sales.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
• Report order details and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
• Proven outside or field sales experience, ideally in the gas station, liquor, or convenience store industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally and outside Atlanta areas on a regular schedule.

Compensation:
This is an incentive-based pay structure where you earn commissions based on the sales you bring in. Details will be discussed during the interview process. This is a 1099 position and you will work on your own given route daily, Sunday thru Thursday. Some days maybe designated to open new accounts.
