Position: Data Entry Analyst
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hourly
Schedule: Hybrid (On-site Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday)

Kelly is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in facilitating order management and customer service, closely collaborating with internal teams and customers to review, verify, and maintain key project information. Key Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders, signed quotes, credit applications, tax-exempt certificates, project information sheets, payment bonds, and audited financial statements for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales teams, project managers, customers, and credit analysts to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate project and customer information across Salesforce, BMS, Vertex, CLM, SharePoint, and other internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, documentation requirements, and project approval processes before assigning projects for final credit review.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation requirements, project status, and credit approval timelines.
• Support the sales organization by facilitating timely project approvals to minimize delays to production and project execution.
• Review purchase orders (POs) for accuracy, including names, part numbers, quantities, and relevant details.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in ERP, CRM, or business management systems (Salesforce experience highly preferred).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in order management and customer service is a plus.

Additional Information

• The Data Entry Analyst will verify order details, confirm items, and provide customer follow-up as needed.
• Selected candidates will be invited to participate in 30-minute Zoom interviews once the manager is ready to begin the interview process.
