Personal Trainer - Semi-Private Training | Part-Time

Personal Trainer — Part-Time or Full-Time — Nashville (15-20 hours weekly)

No sales. No cold-calling members. Just coaching.

We bring you the clients — you focus on what you're actually good at: helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies.

We've been doing this for over a decade, and it's some of the most rewarding work there is. Most people get zero fulfillment from their job. You get to change someone's life, every single day.

And we're growing — which means we need another great trainer on the team.

What's in it for you

• A real career, not just a job. 27 years in this profession, we can help you become the best trainer possible and show you what really matters in this industry.
• No sales, ever. We handle bringing in clients. You handle the coaching.
• Continuing education, on us. We invest in your growth every year — because to be great at this, you have to keep learning.
• A team, not just a workplace. You'll work alongside some of the best trainers in Nashville. Most people tell us they learn more here in a few months than in years elsewhere.
• Real benefits. Competitive pay, health insurance, IRA match, and paid vacation.

What we're looking for

• Genuinely great with people. You have to love this — helping people hit goals they didn't think were possible.
• Positive energy. Not a bonus — a requirement.
• No drama. We've run a drama-free gym for over a decade, and we intend to keep it that way.
• A learner's mindset. You don't need to be the smartest trainer in the room. You need to want to get better, every day.
• Certification or degree preferred, not required.
• 1-3 years experience preferred, not required. New to the industry? Don't let that stop you — our onboarding is built for it.

Looking forward to meeting the next person who joins this team.
