Physical Therapist, Skilled Experience: 1 year PT-FL References: 1 Reference in entire work history Active FL License Skilled Nursing Experience

8am-5pm Weekly Expected Hours: 40 Guaranteed Hours: 36 Bill GWW / Pay GWW: 36 Length: 11-12 Weeks On Call: No Pay Cycle: Weekly Notice: 30 Days Is their OT/Holiday at 1.5, schedule of Monday - there is no billable OT/Holiday, all time is at regular bill rate
