Production Lead

I'm partnering with a growing plastic extrusion manufacturer in Everett that produces high-quality custom plastic extrusion products used across a variety of commercial and industrial industries. They are looking for a Production Lead to support and guide their production team while helping drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

Production Lead Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Train, coach, and support production associates while coordinating workflow and shift priorities.
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, and material flow issues while assisting with machine setup and light maintenance as needed.
• Perform quality inspections, maintain production records, and communicate production updates during shift handoffs.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and help develop the production team.

Schedule

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Work pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

Pay

• $29.00 to $36.00 per hour

Production Lead Requirements

• Two or more years of recent leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Three to five years of extrusion, plastic injection molding, or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues while using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
