What You'll Do
As a Shuttle Bus Operator, you'll provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation while creating a positive experience for every passenger. You'll play an important role in helping individuals stay connected to their communities, appointments, and daily activities.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking drivers who are:
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused

- Safety-minded and professional
- Comfortable assisting passengers of varying mobility levels
Qualifications
- Valid California Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to complete all paid training with full attendance
- Ability to obtain a VDDP Certificate and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks of hire
- Clean driving record
- Ability to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed
- One professional reference
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing
