Journeyman Lineman at PNM

PNM is seeking a Journeyman Lineman to join our Transmission & Distribution team in Albuquerque, NM. This union position ($51.51/hour) involves constructing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground power lines, substations, and street lighting. Key Responsibilities: Direct and mentor apprentices and skilled workers on electrical infrastructure projects. Install, repair, and maintain transmission and distribution systems, including poles, transformers, circuit breakers, and underground cables. Troubleshoot and restore electrical service, perform emergency repairs, and ensure system reliability. Maintain safety standards, train personnel, and administer first aid when necessary. Conduct inspections, install metering equipment, and service street lighting. Qualifications: Experience with high-voltage systems, cable construction, and power distribution.
