What it's like to be a Resident Care Coordinator As a Full‑Time Resident Care Coordinator at Everbloom Memory Care, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily care and wellbeing of our residents. On a day‑to‑day basis, you coordinate individualized care plans, conduct regular assessments of residents’ health and emotional needs, facilitate communication between families and care staff, implement activities that promote engagement and social interaction, and lead training sessions for new staff. You will maintain meticulous documentation of care services, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and support compliance with required healthcare regulations. Would you be a great Resident Care Coordinator? Seek at least two years of supervisory or managerial experience in a caregiving environment. Solid understanding of nursing practices and regulations related to residential care facilities. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and current federal and state healthcare regulations. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent writing and interpersonal skills for collaborating with residents, staff, and management.
