Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Welder Fabricator will work within a large team dedicated to metal fabrication projects involving steel, stainless steel, and mixed metals. This temp-to-hire role focuses on delivering precision welding, cutting, and assembly based on detailed blueprints without requiring travel to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform metal cutting, welding, and fabrication based on project specifications
- Interpret and follow blueprints accurately to ensure quality assemblies
- Collaborate with team members in a large fabrication group (16+ members)
- Maintain safe and efficient work practices within the fabrication environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Proficient in metal fabrication techniques involving steel, stainless steel, and mixed metals
