This position is on 3rd Shift, 10:30 AM to 7:00 AM. Job Description Sets up, and operates CNC milling, production tooling, or other machinery according to process specifications. Inspects parts visually and using precision measuring tools. Operates machines, monitors operation and control panel displays to detect malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments. Oversees, monitors, and coordinates production team activities, giving importance to individual member's and overall team's achievement of established goals. Trains others to perform job functions and develops standard work practices. Develop and implement strategies to consistently enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency. Problem‑solving in a manufacturing environment. Able to perform offsets and basic troubleshooting. Ensures team's goals are aligned with and representative of the overall company's directive. Works collaboratively with team members and others to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems. Keep scrap below the target and thrive to 0 (Zero) pcs of scrap. Follows all safe work practices & safety rules. Follows established quality standards. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Education High school diploma or GED. 1-3 years of related experience (less with additional specialized training and/or certification). Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Ability to use computer terminals, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make sound judgments.
